8. Safe use of DoorDunk

DoorDunk is a laundry hamper with a basketball-hoop design, made for everyday indoor use. For your safety and to protect your door:

• An adult should assemble and install DoorDunk, following the included instructions and using the included hardware.
• Hang it only over a sturdy interior door of a compatible thickness, and use the included foam pads to protect the door.
• DoorDunk is not a climbing toy. Don’t hang on, pull down on, or swing from the rim, backboard or bag.
• Young children should play with adult supervision. Keep small parts — screws, clamps and net hooks — away from children under 3 during assembly.
• Check the clamps and screws regularly, and stop using the product if any part is damaged.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow these guidelines.

9. Third-party links and materials

Some content, products and services available through the Website may include materials from third parties. Third-party links may take you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, and we have no liability for any third-party materials, websites, products or services, or for any harm or damages related to transactions with third parties.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials (“comments”), you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them without restriction. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@de.doordunk.com before opening a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your card issuer. We aim to reply within 48 hours (Mon–Fri) and resolve most issues quickly.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

18. SMS service

By opting in to DoorDunk’s SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from us. Message and data rates may apply. To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message.
