This applies to any content posted by third parties on de.doordunk.com, operated by GLOBALFUSION PTE. LTD. Offenders may be banned from commenting or posting on the site.

How to file a DMCA notice

If you believe content on our site infringes your intellectual property, email support@de.doordunk.com with the subject “DMCA Notice” and include:

• Your name, address and electronic signature.
• The infringing material and the URL where it is located on our site.
• Proof that you hold the intellectual property rights to the material.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that there is no legal basis for the use of the content.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the intellectual property rights or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-notice

If we remove content you posted after receiving a DMCA claim, you may send us a counter-notice. It must include:

• Your name, address, phone number, and physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material and where it was located before it was removed.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court or, if you are outside the United States, to an appropriate judicial body.

Statements

When you send us a DMCA report, you confirm that you have read and accept the following statements:

• I have a good faith belief that the content described in my report violates my rights, or the rights of the rights owner I represent, and that the use of such content is contrary to law.
• I declare, under penalty of perjury, that the information in my report is correct and accurate, and that I am the owner or an authorized agent of the owner of the rights described.
